Payment Plans
Plan A
Discount Plan:
Pay $300 on your first visit and then payment in full by the third prenatal
visit.
Plan B
Finance Plan:
For several hundred dollars more, you can choose to pay the estimate over the
course of your pregnancy. Pay $300 at your first prenatal exam, with the balance
paid in equal monthly installments. Final payment comes 4 weeks before your
due date.

prices.
All payment plans include:
-Prenatal visits
-Labor and delivery care
-Routine postpartum care for mother and baby
-All labor supplies not included in birth kit
-Three home visits (one at 36 weeks of pregnancy and one 3 days after the birth)
-Birth assistant cost at 36 weeks
-Access to Lending Library
Not included:
Birth kit (about $50)
Emergency after-hours visits (other than labor, about $50 per visit)
Ultrasounds
Childbirth classes
Administrative fees ($25 for missed appointments)
Any specialized procedures, or visits for which you may need to see another provider
$30 for bounced checks, etc.
Please call Home Birth Partners for an initial consultation to discuss home birth.
Many insurance companies cover the cost of our services. Please call
your insurance company and ask them if they will cover a certified nurse
midwife
(CNM) and a home delivery. Because we do not bill, you will be responsible
for submitting all claims to the insurance company. We will be happy
to submit any documentation that you need to bill.
